Short Cut to a Natural Birth - This one-day, four-hour class is tailored to the specific needs and requests of the group. Can meet in instructor’s space or in your home; you receive a discount for each couple you recruit for your home class. $175/couple
Rainbow Birth (TM) for families who've experienced or are expecting a loss. This 8-week class covers the Map Your Path childbirth curriculum and adds extensive guidance in the emotional and physical experience of birthing after/expecting a loss, ideas for incorporating your lost baby into your birth experience and family, what to expect postpartum, partner relationships through pregnancy and birth after or expecting loss. Taught by loss mothers, with guest perinatal grief specialist. $350
ABB Breastfeeding class: Five Simple Steps for a Good Start. This highly interactive three-hour class focuses on supporting and trusting your baby's instincts to breastfeed. We stress the "how to" from physical, emotional, family, and social perspectives, using varied media illustrations and a good dose of humor.

Infant Massage Instruction. One-on-one infant massage instruction gives you the tools to connect with and soothe your baby. Infant massage improves digestion, facilitates bonding, and improves sleep. This class is available for individuals or groups and is appropriate for both expecting and new parents.
Postpartum Preparation Class. Learn how to survive and thrive in the days after baby's arrival! This two-hour discussion-style class will help families plan for the rigorous transition to new parenthood while recovering from birth. Led by professional postpartum doula Nicole Link-Troen, parents will be well versed in what to expect and how to prepare for their greatest adventure.
Babywearing and Kangaroo Care Basics for New Parents.This 90-minute group class focuses on safe and confident newborn babywearing. We will discuss the many benefits of babywearing and kangaroo (or skin-to-skin) care for both babies and adults. You will leave with the knowledge and resources to select an appropriate carrier for your needs, perform kangaroo care in the hospital and at home, and wear your new baby during the important "fourth trimester."
